My pick here is GoLove.ai, and the reason is specific: it wins the rows you actually control. Those are what you can see before making an account, and the default visibility of everything you create. OurDream takes the install row, and that's a fair point in its favor, since a web-only app leaves nothing on your phone.

Scenarios are group chats with 2–10 characters, and each one gets its own private, unlisted or public setting. A whole scene can stay between you and your characters.
What going public trades away
A public character can earn you Stars. In exchange, everything you wrote into her becomes visible to other users. Think of that as what the Stars cost.

Does longer memory mean less privacy? It means more of your history is kept. Treat your chat list like any messaging app's. We couldn't confirm how long either app retains data.
Where your media piles up
Text isn't the only thing that builds up. Each GoLove character has her own Gallery, sorted by date. The Feed's Liked tab keeps every clip you've double-tapped, and share links point to one exact clip (worth a second thought before you send one to anybody).
Real Faces vs Generated Characters: The Highest-Risk Row
What you type stays inside the app. A real photo would carry a real face with it, and that's why real faces are the riskiest row on any companion-app list.
The character is created or picked
On GoLove, every character is one you create (Realistic, Anime, Trans, or Design with AI from a text description) or one you pick from Explore. Then you generate images and video with her, realistic or anime. Your own face never enters the loop, and that's the cleanest answer this row can get.
Video Edit reworks a clip you already made
Video Edit sits in the generator next to Extend Video and Multi-Scene. It reworks an existing clip of your character instead of starting over from a blank prompt.

At the same monthly price, the price stops being the deciding factor. What decides it is whether you like the girls, and GoLove lets you browse every one of them before you pay a cent.
What We Couldn't Verify at GoLove.ai or OurDream
Plenty of privacy roundups promise encryption with nothing to back it up. That's a hard sell for me, so here's what we could not confirm for either app:
- Retention: how long chats, photos and videos are kept
- Encryption: whether data is protected at rest or in transit
- Model training: whether your chats are used to train models
- Account and chat deletion, and how it works
- How cancellation and refunds work
- Whether GoLove's −70% new-user offer holds, or for how long
Both apps share this gap, so it isn't a mark against either one. Ask the app directly, or read its current policy pages, before you assume anything.
